Cemeteray

Description

The council owns and manages seven cemeteries covering almost 79 hectares (170 acres). Some of these are rich in wildlife, such as Woodvale and the Extra-Mural Cemteries, which are also designated Sites of Nature Conservation Importance (SNCIs). Two churchyards are also SNCIs - St Nicholas and St Helen's
